Subscription and redemption report for SEB - Configuration
Subscription and redemption report for SEB is a CSV file containing detailed information of the reported transactions.
Install the report package
To use Subscription and redemption report for SEB, you need to install the SEB Subscription and redemption report optional package (for instructions, see Optional packages).
Set up the report sending
To set up automatic sending of the report files:
Make sure you entered the folder name for the package in Step 3 above.
Go to Tools → Administer → SEB custody reporting and choose Enable automatic file transfer to SEB. Fill in the fields:
Username
Password

SEB requires that you ask them to whitelist your IP address if you wish to deliver files to SEB via SFTP. Usually, for production systems, the IP to whitelist is 51.124.71.179.
Click Done to save the configuration.

SEB specifies the filename for the file to be <fund_company_name>_<report_date>.csv
, for example FA_Asset_Management_2023-03-23.csv
. If this is required by SEB, you need to first rename the file and then transfer it manually to SEB.
