You can view the list of shareholders and their ownership in the fund as a tree structure. Expand the shareholder name to view share classes to which the shareholder has ownership. To view the purchase lots for each shareholder in the list, select the Load purchase lots checkbox. This shows the whole history of purchase lots, including the ones not held anymore.

The Select a fund dropdown at the top lets you choose a fund to view shareholders for. This dropdown shows the funds included in groups with a code starting with “FAFUND”. Learn more about setting up fund groups in the FA Back reference: Groups view.

To view the fund shareholder registry for a previous date, choose the date from the calendar at the top.

View shareholder details

The Info pane shows the shareholder's contact ID and contact details, meaning their address and the juridical form.

The Unit certificates pane shows the number of units acquired in each share class by purchase lots and the unit certificates issued for the shareholder (marked with "UC"). This pane lets you create, download and delete unit certificates. To learn more about this document, see the Unit certificate section.
