Managing system-level files

The File management view in FA Admin Console allows you to access system-level files and troubleshoot file-based integrations and FA Back or FA Front configurations and themes.

View and manage folders

The File management view allows you to view and access the following folders:

  • fa-back – Files received and generated for file-based integrations.

  • keycloak-custom-themes – Custom login page themes.

  • keycloak-custom-spi – Extensions for authentication, for example against in-house identity provider (JAR files).

  • routes – Routes for client-specific integrations with the FA Connector microservice.

You can manage folders in the following ways:

  • Add folders by clicking the add_folder.png icon in the top right. The size limit for folders is 500MB per upload.

  • View or modify a folder by clicking it to open the side pane. In the side pane, you can:

    • Open a folder with the open.png icon.

    • Download a folder to your computer with the download.png icon.

    • Rename a folder with the rename.png icon.

    • Copy or move a folder with the copy.png icon.

    • Delete a folder with the delete.png icon.

Add, modify and delete files

You can manage files in the following ways:

  • Add files by clicking Upload files in the top right. The size limit for files is 500MB per upload.

  • View or modify a file by clicking it to open the side pane. In the side pane, you can:

    • Download a file to your computer with the download.png icon.

    • Rename a file with the rename.png icon.

    • Copy or move a file with the copy.png icon.

    • Delete a file with the delete.png icon.
