Morningstar OnDemand updates

You can initiate updates from Morningstar OnDemand platform by selecting one or more securities in the Securities view and clicking Update security data → Morningstar OnDemand. The data is fetched for securities of the Collective investment vehicles or Exchange traded funds types.

To fully use the data that is mapped from OnDemand platform, install the following asset groups (see Optional packages for details on how to install optional packages):

  • Morningstar Asset Allocation

  • Geographical allocation (both ISO3166 and M49 work with the mapping)

  • Morningstar Global Category (2021 revision)

  • Currency exposure

The long and short position allocations are netted together.The allocations are imported for the date specified by "Portfolio Summary Date".Any residual percentage that might appear because of rounding errors is put under OtherNet.

Both ISO3166 and M49 are supported.The data is based on the rescaled long position of the equity holdings.The allocations are imported for the date specified by "Portfolio Summary Date".

The allocation is imported whenever it has changed compared to what's previously stored in FA. If nothing has been stored in FA, the allocation is imported for the date 2009-01-01.

The allocation is imported whenever it has changed compared to what's previously stored in FA. If nothing has been stored in FA, the allocation is imported for the date 2009-01-01.
