Configure log monitoring
Logs can be monitored for various errors related to for example different connections. Using log monitoring, information about such errors can be sent by e-mail or saved to Tasks.
Configuring log monitoring
Go to Tools → Administer → Log monitoring…
You may configure two options:
Save result into Tasks - check this box if you wish to see monitored log entries in Tasks.
E-mail addresses (comma-separated) - enter one or more e-mail addresses, separated by a comma, if you wish to get the monitored log entries by e-mail.
Finding results from log monitoring
Note
Log monitoring is scheduled to run at 23:59 every day
If log monitoring is configured to save tasks, the task can be found with the title Query Audited system error results on the Tasks view if any errors have been logged on the day of the run.
