NAV report
FA Fund management app generates reports that summarize the NAV calculation information in PDF or XLSX. To learn more about NAV report content, see NAV report (PDF) and NAV report (XLSX) in FA Fund management app reference.
Download NAV report
NAV reports are generated when you accept NAV in FA Fund Management app. You can find them in FA Fund management and in FA Back.
To download NAV reports in FA Fund management, go to the NAV window, choose the date, and click the PDF or XSLX
button at the top-right.
To download NAV reports in FA Back, open the fund portfolio and go to the Documents tab.
Send out NAV report by email
To send out NAV report automatically (for example, every day at a certain time), you need to specify the email addresses in the fund settings in FA Fund Management app and schedule the process in FA Back:
Open the Fund wizard in FA Fund management app and go to the NAV reporting tab.
Choose the Send report via email option and enter the email address to send the report to.
Schedule the email sending in FA Back. We recommend that your administrator schedules the "Send documents via emails" process following the instruction in FA Admin guide: Scheduling.
