NAV window
NAV window shows NAV details for the fund. To open it, double-click the fund in the list.

Date selection
To view a calculation for a previous date, choose the NAV date from the calendar at the top-right.
NAV report
To download NAV report as .pdf or .xlsx, click the icons at the top-right corner. To learn more about the reports, see NAV report (PDF) and NAV report (XLSX).
NAV buttons
The NAV button at the bottom let you accept or reject the calculated NAV:
- Reject NAV
Reject the calculated NAV to fix the calculation data. You can then fix the data and recalculate NAV. Available for the funds with the Calculated status.
- Accept NAV
Accept the calculated NAV. Available for the funds with the Warning and Calculated status.
- Delete calculation
Delete the calculation data from FA. Use this button if you calculated NAV on a wrong date and need to remove it, for example, due to an incorrect schedule. After you delete the calculation and make fixes, you can calculate NAV again.
The Delete calculation button is available for the funds in the Calculated status.
- Roll back NAV
Roll back the latest accepted NAV, accepted fees or unofficial NAV calculation. Rollback reverts all actions performed at the acceptance. Rolling back NAV does the following:
Deletes fee and cash transactions in the fund portfolio in FA Back.
Deletes Market data observations for the share class in FA Back.
Changes the status of the trade orders executed at the acceptance step to "Executable" and deletes transactions linked to them.
If performance fee equalization is used for the fund, removes capitalization transactions, removes performance fees, removes compensation trade orders created for subscriptions, restores compensation trade orders canceled or updated as a result of redemptions.
Updates the calculation schedule and shows the previous accepted NAV as the latest one.
Rolling back fees does the following:
Deletes fee transactions in the fund portfolio in FA Back.
Deletes Market data observations for the share class in FA Back.
Updates the calculation schedule and shows the previous accepted fees as the latest ones.
Rolling back unofficial NAV does the following:
Updates the calculation schedule and shows the previous NAV as the latest one.
The action performed during the rollback are logged. To view the log, click
in the NAV status view. For details, see Fund settings and logs.
Questions about the NAV window
Why do I see “Incomplete data - no preview available” in the NAV window?
This means that you are trying to view the data from previous calculations carried out with the old fund management functionality. NAV window shows only the data calculated in the FA Fund Management app.
