Q1 2025 release
Overview
Q1/2025 release provides you with new possibilities throughout the FA Platform to run your daily operations more efficiently. Here are some highlights from this quarter’s release:
You can now use security groups as a search criteria to find information in various views in FA Back and through the GraphQL APIs. For example, you can search for securities from a strategy's buy list, or search for all trade orders on these securities.
This release focuses on extending the support for managing bonds. The extended capabilities provide you with more accurate bond analysis, better tools for managing redemptions, as well as tools and capabilities to handle the full life cycle and settings of amortizing index-linked bonds.
A new option in rebalancing lets you align buy and sell settlement dates of your orders, allowing you to define the order in which buys and sells are executed and thus prevent cash flow mismatches. Additionally, you can now set different settlement periods for buying and selling a security.
Various performance improvements across FA Platform improve opening, saving and searching certain data faster, and enhance the overall user experience. Among other optimizations, this quarter’s release ensures that opening and saving transactions in the Transaction window is faster due to eliminating specific performance bottlenecks, and that saving transactions in FA is faster due to optimized speed of purchase lot calculation, the determining factor of speed in this area.
In addition, this quarter’s release introduces routine security enhancements through updating for example Keycloak, our centralized authentication and access management service. Updating backend services is an important routine activity that helps us keep the FA Platform secure

Webinar recording from April 2024
These webinars provide you with an introduction to the new features and improvements in the Q1/2025 release.
Contact window enhancements
Contacts in the FA Platform store information for private persons and companies. While for companies one Contact name field was enough, for a private person a name can include first name, middle name and last name. To improve clarity and provide more accurate data structure, we added more fields for such cases. Contact window now has two variants, depending on the contact's juridical form type (company or private person).
Improved capabilities for bonds
This release focuses on bonds and provides you with more accurate bond analysis, tools for bond redemptions, as well as for handling amortizing and index-linked bonds.
Pledging improvements
This release improves the accuracy and usability of the pledging functionality, ensuring that pledged portfolios and positions are handled correctly across different workflows. They prevent unintended actions, improve clarity, and align pledged portfolios with how locked portfolios function.
Settlement dates and rebalancing enhancements
This release provides you with greater control over settlement periods and improves the accuracy of rebalancing process.
