Q2 2025 release

Q2/2025 release provides you with new features related to account interest calculation and bonds. Here are some highlights from this quarter’s release.

Bonds

We implemented a number of improvements for bonds. The system now supports money market instruments, such as treasury bills and deposits, with automatic price calculation based on yield type, maturity price, and date. Also, you can now track purchased and sold accrued interest related to open and closed positions.

Extended support for corporate actions

A new option for creating corporate actions lets you handle such actions as acquisitions, liquidations, odd lot buybacks, scheme of arrangement or share buyback in a more convenient and intuitive way.

For details, see the FA Back 3.27 - Release notes.

Reconciliation

Reconciliation now offers more flexible data source settings. You can:

  • Specify which portfolios to reconcile using FA portfolio groups, even if portfolio IDs or cash account numbers are missing from the source.

  • Set reconciliation logic separately for cash and positions, choosing between settled or unsettled balances for each.

For details, see FA Operations 1.6 - Release notes.

Performance

This release delivers a number of performance improvements aimed at speeding up critical workflows and improving platform responsiveness. Notable improvements include up to 2–2.5 times faster corporate action processing, significantly quicker mass-saving and mass-deletion of transactions, and faster report calculation for large portfolios. Posting generation now consumes less memory, and TWR data import is made more efficient with large datasets.

JSreport security, performance and stability improvements

We upgraded and reconfigured the embedded Jsreport service to improve performance, stability, and security. These changes address file system locking issues, simplify access management, and ensure the platform remains up to date with the latest supported version.
