The Standard Solution July 2024 release introduces support for showing a banner in FA Client Portal as well as other smaller improvements and fixes.
Show a banner in FA Client Portal
Why?
This feature was implemented to allow users to display information about current events to end clients in FA Client Portal.
Who is this for?
This feature is for anyone using the standard FA Client Portal (version 1.9 or later) who wants to share information with end clients.
Details
Admin users can define the banner details in FA Back through Tools → Administer → FA Client Portal → Configurations → Information banner.

Users with regulatory compliance rights can now adjust AML monitoring settings.
Fund management
FX hedge settlement formula now creates transactions on cashflow dates instead of the NAV calculation date.
Accrued FX hedge formula now sums up cashflows from the full period between NAVs in funds with non-daily NAV calculations.
Market data connector
Bloomberg market data connector now supports update codes with the @ character.
Creating securities from external sources and importing security data from feed now triggers "Rules and decision tables" to run when the securities are saved.
Previous version of market data connectors re-released due to a technical error.
EOD market data connector now supports fetching update codes for UK securities quoted in British pence (GBX).
Stamdata market data connector now fetches prices for large numbers of bonds in smaller chunks to avoid making a single request too large.
Payments
The standard payments decision table now works with transactions in portfolios without a contact.
Standard Solution
Fix for an issue with FA Standard Solution not automatically updating past the 2024.3 version.
Tax reporting
Rounding rules in the Swedish tax report "KU20" now always round down figures to the closest integer SEK amount.
Swedish tax report "KU30" now also excludes withholding taxes from transactions marked with the exclusion tag.
Utilities
Changing security statuses now excludes currency crosses from the list of potentially passive securities.
