FA Front 3.7 - Release notes

Global App Bar to navigate between available applications and to manage user account. Global App Bar is visible in FA Front only if you have access to other applications in addition to FA Front - if you can only access FA Front (for example, you are an end-user logging into FA Client Front), Global App Bar is not visible.

New columns in Analytics+ introduced in FA Back 3.7 are also available to be used in FA Front. In addition, Analytics+ has been restructured to ensure analysis is done only once even if you have components with and without drill down within the same page in FA Front.

In addition, FA Front has been restructured in the background for it to better fit our microservice architecture. For example, certain technologies have been upgraded to latest versions, and new technologies have been introduced for improved facilities for logging and monitoring.

This version of FA Front is compatible with FA Back 3.7.1, ensuring that all fixes done to that version are also taken into account in FA Front when applicable.

Creating new transactions in FA Front now correctly recalculates report data of the affected portfolios, ensuring the effect of the transaction is directly visible in the portfolio throughout the system. Before, creating transactions from FA Front only recalculated purchase lot data, but now creating transactions from FA Front correctly recalculates also the report data.

Position listing now correctly shows your portfolio's positions even when your portfolio contains transactions that have not been linked to an account nor a security (such as certain king of kickback transactions). Position listing now manages this specific scenario, showing your positions correctly instead of showing "No data to display".

$portfolioID parameter now again works correctly when used in a GraphQL query within a Custom content component.

Notebook component now works again correctly, allowing you to save new notes and changes you make to existing notes.

In addition, this version of FA Front is compatible with FA Back 3.7.2, ensuring that all fixes done to that version are also taken into account in FA Front when applicable.

Fixed an issue in managing content of views with multiple containers: you can now reorder gadgets within containers and delete gadgets within containers also when your view contains more than one container. Before, you were only able to reorder and delete gadgets from the first container on the screen, while other containers on the screen were "corrupted", preventing you from reordering or deleting gadgets within the container.

"Change roles" in the navigation, available when the logged in user has more than one role, now shows up with proper texts also in Swedish ("Ändra roll") and Norwegian ("Bytt din rolle").

In addition, FA Front 3.7.3 is now compatible with the changes done in FA Back 3.7.4, allowing the system to start up without conflicts.
