Hide standard views
If you don't need a saved view, you can hide it to keep the list of views shorter and easier to use. Hidden views are only shown to the users with ROLE_HIDE_VIEW right. To hide a view:

Don't remove standard views with the Remove button – removed views are restored with version upgrades.
Go to the view that you want to hide and click Modify
on the top right.Select Shared with role HIDE_VIEW from the dropdown.
Click Save.
If you have the required admin role to hide the views, you are also able to see the views. To see the changes you made, you need to log in as a regular user.
